This is how I have retrained around going to the happy smile place 🥳🥳🥳 (the dentist 🦷). I even changed the name in my phone to that. It has helped a huge deal to reduce anxiety about going. I did end up having challenges at the happy smile place but leading up to it, was a breeze compared to before 🥳🥳🙌🏻👏🏻
